Can the phone scratches be removed?

I own Nokia e75 from Sep 2010.I was taking care of it as a small baby without ever falling it or living it in vulnerability.This evening It slipped from my hand in our staircase & got scratches all over its body.It's working right but It's not looking good.Luckily there was not much damage.Can the scratches be removed.
