Everyday for my whole existence (17 years) my father has verbally abused my mother. Where to begin........My mother is honest to god the sweetest person I've ever had in my life. Everything she does it's for her kids and never for herself. She cooks, cleans, does everything and doesn't expect a thank you. My father is an alcoholic but in denial, he has gotten drunk every night for the past 17+ years. Around 1994 I was a toddler and I remember my father had a techno trance type mix tape on cassette. I remember hearing a song that I liked. It was a male repeating "Everybody, look at me". How do I get over someone? (Complicated - read further)?

So I'm a girl and I came out of the closet recently and one of my best/family friend's cousin was one of the first I talked to about it and she's gay too and lives pretty far away from where I do. She's gotten drunk and texted me about how she finds me so incredibly attractive, and I know she's really into me, but at the same time she's mature and responsible and won't let her heart get in the way of her head I guess you could say. About three weeks ago she mentioned to me that she was "kind-of" dating another girl that also lives far away from her? Definitely hit me hard ha, just 'cause I don't really have genuine feelings for someone very often... at all. I feel naive in the sense that this would be something real and special. We text every couple days, and one time I didn't reply(although I usually always reply with lightning quick speed lol) and she posted on my facebook wall asking why I wouldn't respond to her. Keep up the long distance workouts because you need to build up lung capacity. Anything that gets you breathing hard is good for this. You need that extra endurance at the end of a race you have more in you then your opponents. Also, keep in mind that when your times aren't improving when you are running by yourself, they will be better in a race when you have adrenaline and people to push you harder.

Cam Newton is not as good as he is held up to be. If I were the Panthers, I would have never drafted him because they did a test with quarterbacks who were being drafted, and what Auburn did with Newton is they held up a sign that said three or ten or another number and that was the play. He didn't read the plays or anything. Also, in college football, people are smaller than in the NFL. In the NFL, almost everyone is as big as Cam Newton. So if he tries to run, every once and a while he might pull off a big gain, but most of the time he'll get flattened by one of the 300 lb DE's. 2 days ago I got my 5 year old out to rie well not "out". But just riding her in the pature with a halter like a do sometimes. Granted she hadn't been ridden ridden just kinda lightly worked in the last 3 weeks every other day or ever 3 or 4 days. I got her halter on and hopped on. Started walking around in the pasture every thing was going fine, asked her to go into a trot every thing was okay she was listening, then BOOM! I asked her to go into a trot for the second time and she went into a bucking frenzy, I lost it on the third or foruth buck as I was bareback, I got up after I yelled a few words I will not repeat. Checked her back for pain checked her legs nothing she was fine, anyway. I got her out of the pasture today just to work on her, everything was going okay I got her to trot with no problem and walk with no problem. I wanted to take it easy as she seemed stiff NOT limping but stiff. So she started to lope I knew something was wrong right away. She loped three or four steps went into a bucking frenzy again. I hit so hard on the ground tonight I couldn't breath and we thought I had internal bleeding and are still waiting to see if I have to go to the hospital. As my mom is a nurse blah blah blah. After she threw me I wanted to get right back on, I even told my neighbor that came runnning and my mother and father I wanted back on right away. So I found her brought her back up and was going to get back on. But instead lunged her on the round pen until she was sweating(I let her have breaks). She then joined up with me........Which is a first for both of us. Anyway she is not in pain her tack fits I have checked her back her legs under her belly every where. There is no sign of pain or discomfert. She has never EVER acted like this. In the whole time she was being broken she only through me once. That was my fault though as I thought she was ready and I rushed and she wasn't. So I paid the rightful price for that. But i mean she is like a whole new horse she seems mean and just doesn't want near me anymore(well until we joined up tonight). No she is not in heat I have been watching since she threw me the first time. Did *I* do something wrong!? Could I have caused her to do this or? Basically, you just want to open your mouth more when you talk. Practice reciting things at home with over-enunciated syllables, and opening your mouth more than you normally would. Two finger spaces should suffice. Getting something exactly where you want it to be is like stretching an elastic band, to loosen it up, you have to stretch it more than you need to. I don't know if that made sense :P but basically, it will feel ridiculous at first, but with enough practice, it'll become second nature.

My ex and I broke up about a year ago in late April. Last June I met someone and we have been together for a year now. My boss (and my friend oddly enough) is everyday, hypercritical of everyone he knows, including me, from the way I read a menu, to how I do my artwork, to how I deal with my family, to how I do things at work, and everything you could possibly imagine someone could criticize, no matter how insulting or ridiculously invalid or unnecessary or irrelevant the criticism may be, as long as he is venomous about it, in his mind you are an idiotic evildoer and he is a victim/lecturer. He denies being angry whenever you point it out, but it is obvious to anyone that he is furious over nothing. Whatever his mood is, his favorite thing is to be demeaning to anyone he can be demeaning to and get away with it (strangely enough he can control his psychological problem around his superiors), and he has no consideration for whether or not his complaints even make sense, and certainly couldn't care less if he hurts someone's feelings, over and over again, systematically, and for no good reason at that. Most people know he is ALWAYS in a bad mood and avoid him as much as possible, but no one can predict what absurd expectation he has for them at any given instant. Any time away from him usually results in an uplifting zen-like feeling that makes you think you are on morphine or a vacation to Hawaii even while you are working your *** off. Usually he wants people to read his mind or make assumptions or to simply know things you could not possibly know. It is incredibly disruptive and hurts the productivity of people working for him. People often make mistakes just to avoid his invalid criticisms. Even a brand new employee gets no warning, they are just supposed to know everything there is to know about the job, to the point where most of them are shell-shocked, even when they've done nothing wrong or inadequate. In short, he is absurd to the extreme. Whatever the case, he always has mood swings, but what makes me even more disappointed is that even when in a good mood, he absolutely cannot go without finding the most unbelievable excuse to insult someone's intelligence or morality, even mine, though I am his only friend on Earth (guess why he has no other friends). Everyone describes these same problems with him the same way, and their response is to let him treat them like crap even while they are excelling and doing absolutely nothing wrong - it is just expected of him and they have no choice because he is the boss and can be as irrational as he wants to be. I will be moving to a new job soon, even though I am the type to stay at one place if I am even moderately happy, but I am sick of my hair falling out and literally wondering if it is stress-related, so if anyone has any OTHER ways of dealing with such a person for the next two months, let me know your ideas. The advice I've seen online from "experts" all says that you can either avoid a bully, which is not an option right now and only makes the world a darker place full of more bullies, or turn the other cheek and hope they magically become inspired by your vulnerability and helplessness. Unfortunately, this wimpy non-response is how people have always tended to deal to him and it has only enabled him more, and probably the whole reason he was able to develop into such an overgrown child in the first place. My friendship with him is truly surreal on a daily basis. I often find myself wondering how he can continue to amaze me each day after five years of this BS. Now it seems too late to change him, he is over fifty after all. I am in my mid thirties, but I have always stuck up for myself, I do not pass on ill treatment to other people, I give it back to the person who mistreats me, but unfortunately it seems everyone else has enabled him his whole life, all of society in fact, and now he has no emotional capacity for dealing with life, whether under stress or at leisure, without attacking people on a daily basis, whether friends or employees. No amount of coddling or love or kindness phases his attitude, so don't bother suggesting that - unlike me, he's had all manner of encouragement and support and positive input virtually his entire life and makes plenty of money. Regardless, he clearly relishes increasing the stress in other people's lives, no matter how unfortunate they may be, ad infinitum, without remorse or regret. He even talks to his mother this way, she's quite old and heaven forbid she doesn't remember something minor or can't operate a computer. He would have no problem disparaging my own mother, father or five year old niece in the same demeaning way, etc. I know I'm not the only person trapped with this unfortunate archetype society has created and left me to deal with, so if anyone else has had any success dealing with oversized children like this, aside from running away or letting them continue to mistreat you, let me know what your approach was.

Hi, I have a two year old Panther Chameleon in my bedroom, about a week ago I decided to buy a baby Tiger X Orange Bearded Dragon (he is a little over a month old now) and I have noticed that my Chameleon's cholors have been darker than usual, he does not move around his habitat as much as he used to and he also sits on a branch facing away from where my Bearded Dragon's habitat is in the room. This has happened to me many of times and many of people as well, as it is a normal thing for this, please take a hot shower, long one as that, or soak in the bath tube, then rotate your neck like in circles all the way back no matter how bad it hearts it hearts because you are stretching the muscles, then keep do this give your self a meesadge, rube your neck, if you have an messadge thing for like a back or some thing use it onn your neck and do not just put it on one side of the neck all over the neck so the ache does not work itself on the other side on manny cases this happens and no one can figure out why it does happen!, Then keep repeating this over and over every mourning and night the hot bath or shower losings the muscles so you can get to the muscle more envisioned so it nice and loose when you message it, then if its hurting on the 3rd day take a cool shower then do what i asked you to do and keep doing this, then start taking like a ibuprofen then you should be okay make sure you have you neck fully on the pillow next ed time so when your sleeping your neck is not getting strangled during them 10hours of just laying there! Yes I am depressed. (For the record I hate listing my problems, but when I don't, everybody underestimates the stress I have gone through. So lets begin) I was born dead and 2 months early. My mother didn't take care of herself while pregnant. She then abused me until she was arrested for trying to kill my family. Then my father tried divorcing her and I was forced for 10 years to go to visitation with a psycho. She was granted all sorts of payments because the judge pitied her. So my father was working hard and had no spending money. My grandmother who was like my mother died abruptly of cancer. 6 months later I was diagnosed with cancer. I fought off cancer for 2 years and had part of my leg removed. 2 years later, my father was diagnosed with cancer, and he died. So at 16 I became an orphan with my brother and sister. My mother 2 days after my fathers death sued my for half a million dollars claiming that my inheritance was hers. I sank into heavier depression and was suicidal. Then I was sent to a lock down treatment center. They didn't know how to treat my depression and instead tried brainwashing me for 8 months. I got off all medications that were documented not to have any effect and sought to find my own path. Had to make Then my sister filed a restrain order against my uncle who was acting as my caretaker until the legal guardian came under. After persistently trying hard in high school, I graduated with an 3.8 GPA. My twin brother nonetheless got into Cornell, and I was rejected. I have been at this other college and have been doing miserably. I have no friends, I rarely leave my room. I don't get my work done, but still pulling off B+ average. Before it got bad I sent out transfer applications trying desperately to get out of here. I just got rejected from a school that I was accepted last year. This was my safety school.Whats funny is I was thinking about suicide 2 days ago, and didn't do it because i thought well I have next year to start over. Tell him how it is in plain english. Hes a grown man, he can take it. I had to speak plainly with my mother after her last divorce as well, she was driving all her kids nuts. How do you deal with a friend not being there for you when you're hurting?

've been talking to this girl for a long while, I really appreciate her and care about her very much so. Lets just say I've been willing vulnerable to her because I had good trust in her.
