Backpacking in West Virginia?

for the last two years me and my friend have went backpacking in PA. this year we wanted to step up our game a little and try to tackle some high peaks in west virginia. The three peaks i looked up in Pendleton county, WV were, Spruce Knob Summit. Panther Knob Summit. and Green Knob Summit. they all are located in the same county in WV, but how do i figure out if these summits have trails connecting them and also can loop back to our car. Thanks
