Which team do you think will do the best: West Tigers, Penrith Panther or Parramatta eels?

Tigers, we are getting Lawrence, Marshall and Utai back in round 18 (Lawrence more likely than Utai). So we will be near fullstrength (only missing Tuqiri and Dwyer). Panthers can't fly under last years radar, and the Eels need Hayne to spark their offense or they will miss playoffs again.
