Is there a possibility of a life transfer?

I want to die because of the repeating problems and miserable situations in my life. i always ask God if could i die now or tomorrow and transfer my life to another person who wants to live but i think he don't care to listen. So is there any chance of a life transfer like someone needing a heart or part of a body to keep them alive but sacrificing another?
