I don't know if I should trust this skype message or not! Please 10points for best answer!?

It's a ploy to install malware on your computer. I don't know anything about Mac antivirus, but if you're on a PC make sure you have a copy of McAfee and Spybot installed. Trust what those programs tell you and ignore everything else, because usually when you get a message like that Skype it's someone trying to GIVE you a virus, not delete it.
