Can anyone help me with figuring out a card game?

I used to play a game with my grams she called Chinese rummy it had 10 stages you had to complete before winning the game. 1 hand per stage and if you don't complete it you have to repeat it. I can't find any info on it and can't remember all 10 stages can anyone help me please remember all 10 stages?
